Doug Ewing

Doug Ewing began their work experience in 1987 as Manager of Business & Venture Analysis at Seaboard Corporation. Doug then went on to co-found and organize a subsidiary, Seaboard Ship Management, Inc. (SSMI), in 1990 where they served as the Executive Vice President of Finance. As part of their role, they played a critical role in the expansion of SSMI and oversaw $200M in total assets. In addition, they were also responsible for launching a unique power solution for the Caribbean region, overseeing the budgets, statements, and operational performance of the floating, barge-mounted electric plants. Ewing later joined Seaboard Marine in 2011 as the Director of Operational Development.

Doug Ewing earned their MBA in Finance & Marketing from Rockhurst College Graduate School of Management from 1986 to 1987. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Kansas State University, obtaining a BS in Accounting from 1979 to 1982.
