Peter Harsveld

Peter Harsveld has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the flour milling industry. Peter began their career as the Managing Director of BanketBakkerij P.Harsveld, where they oversaw daily production and financial administration. Peter then joined Archer Daniels Midland as an Operations Manager, responsible for flour mill, maize mill, and feed mill operations. Following this, they were briefly transferred to the National Milling Company of Guyana as the Operations Manager after the Haiti earthquake. Peter subsequently joined Les Moulins D'Haiti as a Mill Manager, overseeing multiple milling units and implementing daily operating procedures. Most recently, Harsveld held the position of Operations Manager at Les Moulins D'Haiti a Seaboard Overseas affiliate, where they guided the Human Resources department and was responsible for daily operations, grain procurement, industrial safety, and asset utilization. Peter is currently the Regional Operations Director at Seaboard Overseas and Trading Group.

Peter Harsveld has a diverse education history. In 1979, they completed their Senior Vocational Education in Business Administration and Management, General in the Netherlands. Peter furthered their studies from 1981 to 1984 at Middelbare Vakschool "Wageningen" and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2009, they attended Kansas State University for a short period, earning a Certificate in Milling Technology and Expert Milling course.
