Rajat Adhikary has extensive experience in the culinary and hotel industry, with roles ranging from Sr. Manager Culinary to Executive Sous Chef. With a background in hotel management, Rajat has worked at esteemed companies such as Seabourn Cruise Line, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, and Cidade de Goa. Rajat holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Bhubaneswar.
