John H. Felder Jr.

John Felder, Senior Vice President for Seabreeze Management Company, has over twenty years of experience in community association management. John is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of managers overseeing client relations, business development, and strategic management. Additionally, John is a member of both the Senior Leadership and Operations Leadership Teams. John’s many contributions have helped shape the direction and growth of the organization.

John’s professional credentials include the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation from the California Association of Community Managers, the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) through NBC-CAM, and the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation.
