James DeSantis

James DeSantis is a regional facility director at Seacoast Bank. James has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, including property management and lease negotiation. Prior to joining Seacoast, James was a property manager at Equity One, Inc., where they oversaw the management and leasing of over 350,000 square feet of office and retail space in Martin County. James also has experience working with larger properties, having managed and leased over 400,000 square feet of office and retail space in St. Lucie County during their time with DeSantis Commercial Inc. In addition to their experience in property management, James is also skilled in lease negotiation and has completed leases for a variety of commercial properties. James is a highly effective leader and has supervised a team of six maintenance employees in the past. James' extensive experience in commercial real estate makes him a valuable asset to Seacoast Bank.

James DeSantis holds a Bachelor of Science in Theirtory and Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College. James majored in both Theirtory and Political Science while at Hampden-Sydney College.
