Leslie Guerrero began their career in human resources in 1984 as an HR Coordinator at Resource Dimensions, working under the mentorship of Eirene Werts. After a few years, they moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at Verio, overseeing the growth and integration of titles, compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures. In 2002, they joined Ron Sellers & Associates as the Director of PEO Client Services, where they managed the implementation process for new and existing clients and designed employee handbooks. Leslie then joined Seacrest Services, Inc. in 2005, first as the Director of Human Resources and later as the Vice President of Human Resources. In their role at Seacrest, they brought extensive experience in HR initiatives and played a key role in policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, training, and benefits administration.
