Huailei Li

Huailei Li is an experienced supply chain and procurement professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in the oil and gas industry. Since August 2018, Huailei has served as the Global Category Manager at Seadrill, where responsibilities include managing a diverse range of rig equipment and materials across global fleets and overseeing supply chain operations in Brazil. Prior to this role, Huailei worked as a Supply Chain Consultant at Saudi Aramco, focusing on material requirements planning and inventory management, and held various leadership positions at BP, culminating in the role of Drilling Team Leader. Huailei also has experience as a Business Analyst at Chevron and began a career in procurement with Alcoa and PetroChina. Huailei earned an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
