Bryan VanBuskirk is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in ASIC IP development, project management, and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Managing Principal Engineer at Seagate Technology since February 2003, Bryan manages the ASIC IP development group responsible for designing interface logic for disc drives across various protocols. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at LOTS Technology, Development Manager at IBM, and Director of Tape Engineering at Fujitsu Computer Products of America, where Bryan oversaw multiple engineering departments and contributed to strategic planning. Bryan's career began at IBM, where various engineering and managerial roles were held from 1974 to 1991. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Phoenix and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University and Arizona State University, respectively.
