Katelin Swisher

Katelin Swisher, M.Ed, currently serves in Global Talent Development at Seagate Technology, focusing on developing leadership strategies and programs for senior leaders and high potential employees since January 2022. Prior to this role, Katelin worked at RSM US LLP as an Associate in Learning and Professional Development, where responsibilities included managing instructor training initiatives and designing learning interventions. Earlier experience includes serving as a 4th Grade Teacher at both MAHTOMEDI PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT and Grand Forks Public Schools, along with a background in childcare and substitute teaching. Katelin holds a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of North Dakota.
