Lesley st Pierre

Lesley St Pierre, SPHR, serves as Senior Director of Human Resources for Global HR Shared Services and HR Compliance at Seagate Technology since 2008, leading a function that supports approximately 40,000 employees globally and overseeing areas such as regulatory compliance, affirmative action, pay equity, and HR policy management. Previous roles at Seagate include Human Resources Director for HR Compliance and Global Mobility, and Principal Program Manager for Global HR Compliance. Earlier experience includes positions as Principal Master Black Belt and Senior Human Resources Manager at Seagate, as well as Director of Human Resources at The Summit/Booth Creek Ski Holdings and Human Resources Manager at Time Life. Lesley holds a BA in Business and Psychology from The Evergreen State College.
