Tony Drane

Tony Drane has extensive experience in data center operations and engineering, currently serving as the Imperial Adjunct To The Master Boiler, 1st Class at Pure Storage since November 2016. Prior to this role, Tony held the position of Senior Manager for Site Reliability Engineering at Seagate Technology, overseeing AWS-hosted data center operations. Experience also includes leadership as Director of Operations Engineering at Lyve and Director of Data Center Operations at Memeo, where Tony was responsible for ensuring the performance and scalability of cloud platforms. Tony's background encompasses various managerial and technical roles in organizations like Seagate Technology, Mirra Inc., NASA Ames Research Center, Lipstream Networks, Inc., and Southeastern Sight & Sound. Education includes a degree from North Carolina State University, with earlier studies completed at Sanderson High.
