Stephen Bonovich

Stephen Bonovich is the vice president of Tax for Agilent Technologies, where he is responsible for global tax planning, tax accounting and tax compliance. He also supports Agilent’s effort to ensure that its operations and corporate mission are understood by local and federal government officials. Bonovich has held several positions in the Agilent Tax Department that focused on mergers and acquisition activity, cash management, audits, transfer pricing, and international compliance. Bonovich held similar positions in tax departments at Intel Corporation and Sun Microsystems before joining Agilent. He began his legal career with Heller Ehrman White & MaCauliffe in San Francisco.

Bonovich holds an LL.M in Taxation from New York University, a J.D. from Hastings College of the Law, University of California, and a B.A. from Hamilton College.
