Eleanor Gabriel possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, particularly in benefits and compensation management. Currently, Eleanor serves in a Benefits and Compensation role at Sealaska since June 2021. Previously, Eleanor was a Senior Manager of HR Operations at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included overseeing HR team functions post-acquisition of Genoa Healthcare, enhancing HRIS utilization and analytics, and driving enterprise-wide change management projects. Eleanor held the position of Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Genoa Healthcare for 15 years, playing a crucial role in M&A due diligence, managing payroll and benefits, negotiating health savings, and implementing a benefits platform. Prior experiences as a Human Resources Manager at Service Communications, Staff Accountant at Helly Hansen and DMX Music, and Payroll Administrator in two organizations further enriched Eleanor's financial and HR expertise.
