John Shaw

John Shaw is an accomplished professional in the real estate industry with extensive experience in multi-family acquisitions and asset management. Currently serving as Partner and Director of Multi-Family Acquisitions at SeaLevel Properties since May 2015, John is responsible for overseeing the strategic placement of acquisition funds, conducting financial analyses of new opportunities, and managing negotiations, due diligence, and redevelopment strategies. Prior to this role, John founded Bolder Solution to manage private equity partnerships in commercial real estate and served as Acquisition/Disposition Manager at Mack Urban. Earlier experience includes positions as a Real Estate Broker at Hendricks & Partners and Marcus & Millichap, and a focus on acquisitions at Mosaic Homes. John holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder and has furthered education at the University of Washington.
