Elhen Shmailov

Elhen Shmailov has a diverse work experience in software development. They started their career at IAF - Israeli Air Force in 2015 as an ESB developer, where they worked with IBM Websphere Message Broker and WMQ to develop ESB services. They also gained experience working with various application consumers and served as a point of contact for multiple teams. In 2018, Elhen Shmailov was promoted to a Software Development Team Lead role at IAF, managing a team of 6-10 software developers and overseeing the entire software development cycle with an agile strategy. They were responsible for developing core application features, conducting code reviews, testing, and deployment, all while meeting high expectations and tight schedules. In 2021, Elhen Shmailov joined SeaLights as a Back End Developer and later transitioned into the role of Software Development Team Lead in January 2023.

Elhen Shmailov began their education in 2012 at SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering, where they studied Computer Software Engineering. Elhen completed their studies in 2014. In 2014, they attended IDF - Programming School (Mamram) to further specialize in computer programming, completing the program in 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Elhen pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at The College of Management Academic Studies. Finally, in 2018, they enrolled at the same institution to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they completed in 2019.
