Tb Bardlavens

TB Bardlavens serves as a Board Member at co:census and as Board Chair and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Creative Reaction Lab (CRXLAB). As Director of Product, Product Equity at Adobe, TB Bardlavens leads a cross-functional team focused on generative AI, addressing harm, bias, and culturalization. TB Bardlavens co-founded &Design, which aims to support Black, Latinx, and Indigenous designers, and previously held senior managerial roles at Meta, Zillow, Microsoft, and Capital One, driving product innovations and growth in various domains. TB Bardlavens also co-founded the Design + Diversity Fellowship Program to promote diversity in design. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Visual Communication from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design with an English minor from Coastal Carolina University.
