Caitlin Clarke

Caitlin Clarke is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Seamless.AI since May 2023, previously holding the title of Assistant General Counsel for Data Privacy and Contracts. Prior to this role, Caitlin was In-House Counsel at Paper and an Associate Attorney at Hamilton Miller & Birthisel, focusing on representing Fortune 500 companies in various sectors within state and federal courts, as well as providing comprehensive contractual dispute management and compliance advice. Experience also includes serving as a First Chair Litigation Attorney at Farah & Farah, overseeing civil litigation cases, and contributing as a Law Clerk in various legal settings. Caitlin earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Savannah Law School, a Bachelor of Arts from Flagler College, and has studied International Law and International Marketing at Edge Hill University and Barcelona International College, respectively.
