Jake Marchand, MBA, is an accomplished sales professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in account management and real estate investment. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Seamless.AI, Jake has developed a reputation for exceeding sales quotas and driving substantial revenue growth. As the Owner and Founder of Marchand Capital, Jake oversees a real estate investing group focused on long-term rentals across the Sunbelt, managing a fund of $3 million. Formerly, Jake worked at Johnson Controls, where contributions included elevating equipment bids from $40 million to over $1.7 billion and establishing a global engineering team. Previous roles at Iron Valley Supply, Haynes Downard, LLP, Marchand Lawn Services and Firewood, and Taylor CPA & Associates highlight a diverse skill set in sales, taxation, and operations.
