Erin Marchon

Erin Marchon is an accomplished Chief Operations Officer with extensive experience in e-commerce and operations management. Since March 2015, Erin has overseen full operations at B&B Systems, focusing on warehouse operations, international shipping, and B2C logistics for a company specializing in omnichannel e-commerce opportunities. As the COO and co-founder of Seamless Development Inc. since March 2006, Erin has led operational strategies for a technology consulting firm dedicated to enhancing multi-channel e-commerce for retailers. Previously, from January 2007 to April 2012, Erin served as COO at BHFO, Inc., where operational functions were directed, leading to significant company growth and efficient use of advanced technologies. Erin is also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, completing it in 2015.
