Gillian Wilson

Gillian Wilson has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and people management. Gillian currently holds the role of Chief People Officer at GovOS, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to joining GovOS, Gillian served as the SVP of People at GovOS from 2022 to 2023. Gillian has also worked at Atmosphere as the SVP of People & Culture and later as the VP of People & Culture from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of VP of Human Resources at Chive Media Group in 2019. Additionally, Gillian has experience at uShip as a Senior Manager in Human Resources and as a Human Resources Manager from 2008 to 2014. Gillian also worked as an Office Manager at Melange Bridal, LLC from 2002 to 2007 and as an Educator at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art in 2001. In addition to their corporate roles, Gillian has been involved in non-profit work as the Co-founder and a Board Member of Catalyst Games, which aims to create a more collaborative startup community and raise funds for charities through startup office games. Gillian has also served as an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners. Gillian Wilson's work experience showcases their expertise in people management, human resources, and community-building.

Gillian Wilson pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Oklahoma State University from 1996 to 2000. Gillian then furthered their studies at The University of Texas at Austin, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Art Education between 2002 and 2005.
