Geno Valente

Geno Valente has a long and varied career in the technology industry. Geno began their career in 1996 at Altera Corp. as a Regional Sales Manager, where they managed teams and was the recipient of Altera's most prestigious sales award in 2003. In 2002, they founded Valente Ventures Inc. (VVI) and served as President. In 2007, they became an Advisor at XtremeData, and in 2012 they joined Calxeda, Inc. as World-Wide Business Development. From 2014 to 2022, they held various roles at Splunk, including Area Vice President and Regional Sales Director. Most recently, they have been the Head of Customer | GTM at Seaplane IO since 2022.

Geno Valente graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
