Yash Wagh

Yash Wagh currently serves as Associate Director - Talent Growth at Searce Inc, leading talent delivery across various technology domains in the APAC region. Prior to this role, Yash held the position of Senior Vice President - People and Culture at Winjit Technologies Pvt Ltd, overseeing the design and implementation of organizational strategies for talent acquisition and development. Yash also managed the HRBP and TA functions for the Analytics practice at Infosys BPM, and has experience in generalist HR roles at KPMG India and Alliance Constructions Pvt. Ltd. Yash began the career as an HR intern at Whirlpool of India Ltd. Yash holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune.
