Orla Fitzsimons

Orla Fitzsimons is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the technology and sales sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Cloud and Contract Recruitment at Search 5.0 since March 2023, Orla previously worked at VANRATH from March 2016 to February 2023 as a Senior IT Contract Recruitment Specialist, specializing in IT recruitment for permanent and contract positions. Prior to that, Orla held the position of Senior Sales Consultant at Oxford University Press from June 2009 to February 2016, focusing on building relationships with schools and local authorities. Earlier career experience includes roles as Customer Development Manager at Typhoo Tea Ltd and Regional Sales Manager at Kruger Products L.P. Orla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Advertising, and Marketing from Ulster University, completed in 2005.
