Stephen Turkington

Stephen Turkington is a co-founder of Search 5.0, which aims to address the developer skills gap and enhance diversity within the tech industry by connecting top software engineering talent with innovative companies. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a Principal Technology Recruiter at Harrington Starr, and held various positions at MCS Group, including Manager of Part Qualified & Transactional Finance and Senior Recruitment Consultant. Stephen began their recruitment career at Brightwater as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Accountancy & Finance. Stephen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with International Development from Ulster University and completed secondary education at Ashfield Boys School.
