Head Of International Digital Marketing at Search Laboratory

Nicola Winters has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and companies. Nicola started their career at Baker Tilly in 2011 as a Student PR assistant, followed by a role as a National Marketing assistant. In 2011, they joined Search Laboratory as an off-page SEO executive, where they were responsible for implementing off-page SEO tasks and generating links. Nicola then progressed to become a Senior Off-Page SEO Executive, where they continued to excel in link building strategies. In 2013, Nicola was promoted to Content & Online PR Manager, and in 2014, they further advanced to the role of Senior Content & Online PR Manager. In their latter role, they took on line manager responsibility for a team of Content and Online PR Managers, planned and delivered training programs, and supported the implementation of departmental goals. Finally, in 2017, they became the Head Of International Digital Marketing at Search Laboratory, leading the company's search strategy and global marketing offering while managing a team of International Digital Marketing Managers and Project Managers.

Nicola Winters completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Journalism from Sheffield Hallam University, which they attended from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued their A Levels at Peaks College from 2004 to 2005. In their earlier education, Nicola attended Handsworth Grange School in Sheffield from 1998 to 2003 and completed their GCSEs.
