Clare Pluck

Clare Pluck is an experienced Human Resources Generalist currently employed at Search4Local since April 2022. Prior to this, Clare worked at the Met Office from September 1989 to July 2017, serving in various roles including Organisational Development Consultant, L&D Advisor, and Relocation Advisor. In these positions, Clare contributed to the effectiveness of the Met Office through the design and delivery of leadership and talent programs, team development activities based on MBTI profiles, and assessment centres for recruitment and promotion. Clare's educational background includes studies at Itchen College and Hayfield School.
