Thomas DiLascio

Thomas DiLascio has extensive work experience in the customer success field. Thomas started their career as a Customer Success Representative at SearchStax in June 2020 and later progressed to become a Customer Success Manager in May 2021. In January 2022, they were promoted to Manager of Customer Success until October 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Product Manager at SearchStax, starting in November 2022. Prior to their roles at SearchStax, Thomas worked as a Bartender at Pratty's C A V from July 2019, and at The Studio Restaurant & Bar from April 2015 until August 2019.

Thomas DiLascio earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Mountain Goat Software in October 2022.
