Noman Sabir Awan is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Senior Executive in Scientific Development at The SEARLE Company Ltd. since January 2018, where responsibilities include the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), organizing training sessions, and conducting literature surveys for new molecule development. Noman has also held roles in quality control and quality operations, focusing on testing of semi-finished and finished products, as well as raw material sampling and testing. Previous experience includes a position as a Quality Control Officer at PharmEvo Private Limited, where Noman conducted stability testing of commercial products, and as a Chemist in R&D at Afroze Textiles Industries Pvt.
