Norm Densley

Norm Densley possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in management, coaching, and client services. Currently serving as Permanency Support at TFI Family Services since May 2022, Norm focuses on helping families achieve happiness and safety. Additionally, Norm has been the Store Manager at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores since February 2017, overseeing daily operations. As the founder and President, CEO, and Head Coach of Viking Volleyball Academy since 2015, responsibilities include coaching and managing staff. Previous roles include Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, USA, Account Executive positions at DataSphere Technologies Inc. and Card Payment Direct, and National Account Manager at Shrink Stack. Norm's educational credentials include a Health Science Degree with a focus on Coaching Theory and Methodology from the American Public University System and multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology from the University of Washington.
