Harry Chang began their work experience in 1995 as a Mechanical Engineer at ASM Assembly Automation Ltd., where they designed high precision machinery for the semiconductor industry. Harry then moved on to Johnson Electric, where they held various roles, including Business Development Manager and Manufacturing Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for global business development, strategic planning, and managing a business unit with over 1500 workers. Most recently, Harry joined Season Group as the Vice President of Global Business Development, where they lead the group's business development efforts and oversees electronics design and manufacturing services.
Harry Chang holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Automation and Computer-Aided Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2000 to 2002. Harry'seducational journey began at McMaster University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, attending from 1991 to 1995.
