Katelyn Barnes

Katelyn Barnes is a dedicated professional with experience in customer operations, health coaching, and education. Currently serving as a Customer Operations Associate at Season Health since February 2023, Katelyn supports order fulfillment for patients with diverse dietary needs and engages in user research for patient onboarding. In addition, Katelyn has been a Clinical Coach at HealthJoy since December 2022, enhancing member engagement in health programs. As an ESL Teacher at VIPKid since October 2018, Katelyn employs differentiated instruction and data-driven approaches. Katelyn's previous roles include Health Coach at Found, where over 600 members received support for behavior change, and ESL Teacher with Boston Public Schools, personalizing instruction for diverse learners. Katelyn began their career as an Americorps Member with City Year, leading a team to enrich student experiences. Educationally, Katelyn is pursuing a Master’s of Science in Applied Nutrition and holds various certifications in health coaching and teaching English as a second language.
