Pelin Sambells

Pelin Sambells has extensive experience in Total Rewards, holding managerial and director-level positions at various companies, including Seaspan ULC, Paper, and Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America. Notably, Pelin has served as Head of Total Rewards for North America and has also held roles focused on compensation and people analytics. In addition to professional experience, Pelin is pursuing an 8-week certificate program in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from the Center for Mindfulness Canada and holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
