Peter Curtis

Peter Curtis is the current Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial & Technical Officer at Seaspan. Prior to this, they were Technical Director at Columbia Shipmanagement, and before that they were Fleet Manager at Safmarine. Peter has also worked as a Senior Naval Architect at Liebenberg Stander Maritime and as an Officer Commanding Submarine Engineering Bureau for the South African Navy.

Peter Curtis has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Stellenbosch University, a Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture from UCL, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Peter also has a certification from the British Engineering Council in British Chartered Engineer Status (C.Eng) and a certification from the Engineering Council of South Africa in South African Professional Engineer status (P.Eng).
