Greg Freiter has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Greg began their career in 1999 as a Group Manager/Principal Software Engineer at Convergent Networks. In 2003, they moved to Nortel Networks as a Sr Software Engineer. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Principal Software Engineer at Colubris Networks, followed by a role as Principal Software Engineer at Virtual Iron Software. In 2007, they took on the role of Software Developer Technical Lead at Nortel. In 2009, they moved to Avaya as a Principal Software Engineer. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Software Development Manager at Harvard University. In 2015, they joined Overture Networks as a Software Developer Technical Lead and then moved to Sea Street Technologies in 2018 as a Solutions Architect - Pricipal Engineer.
Greg Freiter obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 1984 and 1988. Greg then went on to obtain their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University between 1989 and 1993.
