Russell Mills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aviation sector, currently serving as a Sr. Business Technical Analyst at SeaTec Consulting Inc., where the focus is on assisting American Airlines with the migration of part and tooling data into SCEPTRE since April 2017. Prior experience includes a managerial role at United Airlines from 2010 to April 2017, overseeing the purchase, allocation, and calibration of aircraft-specific tooling, while also managing the annual capital plan and operational manuals for tooling.
