Anil Deswal

Anil Deswal is an experienced marine safety and engineering professional currently serving as a Lead Auditor and Marine Safety Tech Consultant at SeaTec since September 2022. Deswal has held various significant positions, including Lead Auditor at DNV and Senior Examiner at Mercantile Marine Department, both since October 2021 and October 2019, respectively. With a long tenure at OMCI SHIPPING and OMI since January 1996 as Chief Engineer, Deswal has also served as Chief Engineer at Anglo-Eastern and Superintendent at Executive Ship Management. Earlier, Deswal was Chief Engineer at Synergy Marine Group and Owner/Director of Havi Homes Infrastructure Pvt Ltd from 2006 to 2009. Anil Deswal holds a B.Tech in Marine Engineering from the Marine Engineering and Research Institute and a Class 1 Marine Engineer certification from DMET.
