Elisa Folden

Elisa Folden has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elisa is currently working at SeatGeek as the Manager of People Systems since 2021. Prior to that, Elisa worked at Uber from 2016 to 2021, where they held multiple positions including Senior Systems Engineer, People Development Product Manager, Tech & Operations Specialist, and Coordinator. Before joining Uber, Elisa worked as a Learning Coordinator at Epic from 2013 to 2016. Elisa also gained experience as an intern at Envest Microfinance Cooperative in 2012 and as an Organizing Fellow at Organizing For America in the same year. Earlier in their career, Elisa worked as a Logistical Coordinator at the Information Technology Academy in 2011, as an intern at the Waisman Center in 2010, and as an intern at ProVation Medical in 2009.

Elisa Folden completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science, Latin American Studies, and International Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2009 to 2012. In 2011, they also attended the University of Havana for a brief period, where they studied Spanish, Politics, Economics, and History. Elisa further pursued their education in 2010 at VENUSA Academy, specializing in Politics, History, Spanish, and Civilization.

Apart from their academic qualifications, Elisa earned certifications in Nurse Triage from Epic in February 2015, and in EpicCare-Ambulatory from Epic in July 2013.
