Eyal Keinan

Eyal Keinan serves as the Head of Legal for EMEA and Corporate Counsel for International at SeatGeek since January 2019, providing ongoing legal support for the company's global operations, particularly its EU subsidiaries. Prior to joining SeatGeek, Eyal was a Partner at Lamay Sider Rahat Tsiddon Fink, Advocates & Notaries from June 2003 to December 2018, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating cross-border transactions in the technology sector for various clients, ranging from startups to publicly traded companies. Eyal holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Tel Aviv University, completed in 2002.
