Lorraine Fitzgerald

Lorraine Fitzgerald, MS, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Lorraine started their career in 2015 at Bloomingdale's as a Sales Professional and Shop Manager for French Connection. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at IPONWEB as an Office Assistant. In 2019, they joined Penguin Random House as a Temporary Human Resources Assistant. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Coordinator in People Operations at SeatGeek since March 2022, after starting as a Human Resources Coordinator in March 2021.

Lorraine Fitzgerald obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at St. John's University, where they attended from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their educational background, Lorraine Fitzgerald holds a certification in Fundamentals of Waterfall Project Management, which they obtained from the Project Management Institute in February 2023.
