Maggie Soffer

Maggie Soffer has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Product Lead at SeatGeek since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at DrFirst, Inc. as a Product Operations/RxInform from May 2020 to July 2021. Maggie also served as the Head of Business Operations at Saks Metering from October 2019 to May 2020. In their previous role at Lua (Acquired by LifeBiosciences in 2018) from July 2014 to September 2019, they held the position of Head Of Operations & Product, where they achieved significant sales revenue growth and oversaw sales operations and technology. Before that, Maggie worked as the Director of Product/Program Management at Send Word Now from February 2013 to July 2014, where they led administrative duties and project management. Maggie started their career as a Sr. Business Analyst at Unified Social from July 2012 to February 2013, where they improved organizational efficiency and implemented Salesforce installation. Additionally, Maggie has worked as a Consultant at Business Operations Consulting from November 2011 to June 2012 and as a VP of Program Management and Business Operations at Reprise Media from February 2005 to November 2011, where they managed various business transformation projects and oversaw Salesforce implementation.

Maggie Soffer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence from Hampshire College between 1981 and 1986. Later on, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Library and Information Sciences at Queens College.
