Ricky Faillace

Ricky Faillace has a diverse work experience in various roles within the event management and ticketing industry. Ricky most recently worked at SeatGeek as a Group Product Manager, overseeing marketplace demand. Prior to that, Ricky served as the VP of Product at Project Admission, where they were responsible for developing product strategy and managing the Product and Engineering Organization. Ricky also co-founded and served as a Partner at Gravity Productions, a live event management company. Ricky has extensive experience in freelance ticketing, customer service, and front of house roles, working with notable clients such as Katy Perry, Carrie Underwood, and Coachella. Ricky has also held positions at Songkick, CrowdSurge, Dainty Consolidated Entertainment, AEG, Pezz Electrical Services LLC, and the National Hockey League, where they gained experience in product management, client services, marketing, and event operations.

Ricky Faillace attended Providence College from 2003 to 2007, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Ricky also earned a BS degree in Marketing during the same period of time.
