Ryan McCarthy

Ryan McCarthy has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Ryan is currently working at SeatGeek as a Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at Fluent, Inc as a Corporate Counsel specializing in SEC Reporting and Corporate Governance. Ryan also has experience at Fried Frank, where they worked as an Associate from 2015 to 2018, handling capital market transactions, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Additionally, Ryan has worked as a Spring Extern at Disability Rights North Carolina, a Summer Law Clerk at Fried Frank, a Research Assistant at Duke University School of Law, a Research Fellow at Wake Forest University, and an Intern on the Fixed Income Trading Floor at Wells Fargo Advisors.

Ryan McCarthy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Business and Theatre at Wake Forest University from 2008 to 2012. Ryan then pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) at Duke University School of Law from 2012 to 2015.
