Shr Kacy Keippela

Kacy Keippela began their work experience as a Licensed Sales Producer at Allstate Insurance in 2004. Kacy then worked as a Program Assistant at the University of Portland from 2005 to 2008 before transitioning to the role of Financial Aid Counselor & Student Employment Coordinator from 2008 to 2011. Kacy then became a Staffing & Compensation Specialist in Human Resources at the University of Portland from 2011 to 2014. Kacy joined Airbnb in 2014 as an HR Business Partner, where they provided support and guidance to people managers and collaborated with Talent Partners across different regions. In 2016, they joined adidas as an HR Manager and later took on the roles of Compensation Manager and Senior Manager of Compensation. Kacy is currently working at SeatGeek as a Senior Manager of Compensation.

Kacy Keippela, PHR SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Education and Music from the University of Portland. In addition, Kacy also possesses a BS degree in Health Education from Western Oregon University. Furthermore, Kacy is a certified SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), which was obtained in November 2015, and a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), acquired in May 2013.
