Eric Marin

Eric Marin is currently a Partner at SeatonHill. Prior to this, they worked at Southwest Key Programs from May 2019 to August 2021, where they served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. In this role, Eric oversaw the financial health and strategic oversight of the organization, which employs more than 7000 people and has nearly 1 billion dollars in annual revenue. Eric's key focus areas included corporate strategy, strategic transformation, profitability, cash and treasury, investments, real estate holdings, forecasting and analysis, budgetary process, financial governance, procurement, financial systems, payroll, grants management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, internal and external financial reporting, banking, insurance, 401K, health plans, benefits, compensation, internal controls, accounting policies and processes, regulatory compliance, tax process, ERP (Oracle Financials) implementation, and audit process.

Prior to their work at Southwest Key Programs, Eric Marin was employed at Accenture from January 1996 to December 2003.

Eric Marin's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston. Eric also has a certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors in Professional Director.
