Jamie Pauls

Jamie Pauls is a seasoned engineering designer with extensive experience in CAD design and mechanical drafting, currently serving at Seats Inc. since August 2021. In addition to designing off-highway seats, Jamie operates a lawn care and landscaping business, Driftless Terrain Caretakers, LLC, established in April 2021. Jamie has also been a motivational speaker since 1980, focusing on sharing life-altering experiences centered around overcoming adversity. Past roles include contributions to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and several engineering positions at notable companies such as Wabash National and Razor Composites. Jamie's academic credentials include a MasterGraphics Training Program in Mechanical Drafting and an AAS in Mechanical Design Technology.
