Alicia Tieder

Alicia Tieder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health equity and social work. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President and Chief Health Equity Officer at Seattle Children's since February 2015, Alicia has also held roles such as Senior Director and Clinical Social Worker within the organization. Prior experience includes working with the WA Department of Children, Youth, and Families and as a Behavior Specialist at Youth and Family Services YMCA. Alicia holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Eastern Washington University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Central Washington University.
