Laura Licea DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CNOR, CSSM, CNAMB, HACP is a highly experienced nursing professional currently serving as Vice President and Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Perioperative and Procedural Units at Seattle Children's since July 2023. Prior roles include Executive Director of Perioperative Services at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals from December 2021 to July 2023, and Director of Surgical Services at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital from March 2021 to December 2021. Laura's experience also encompasses the role of OR Clinical Manager at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center from November 2014 to March 2021, and clinical positions at UC Irvine and Torrance Memorial Medical Center. Laura holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Walden University, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) also from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from California State University Dominguez Hills.
