Janine Yount

Janine Yount, SPHR SHRM-SCP, has a wealth of experience in human resources and people relations. Janine began their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they worked as a Daily Rental Operations employee before transitioning into the role of HR Generalist Manager. After 20 years with the company, they joined ADP as an HR Business Partner. In 2018, Janine joined Seattle Credit Union as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, and later became the Vice President Business Partner Manager. In these roles, they have been responsible for developing and implementing programs to support a diverse and growing workforce, collaborating with executives on talent management strategies, and ensuring employee engagement and productivity. Janine's work experience showcases their expertise in HR and their ability to drive organizational goals through effective people management strategies.

Janine Yount, SPHR SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Washington State University. Janine obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2012 and their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in June 2015. Janine also has a certification in Employing Abilities @ Work-Workplace Initiative by Understood from the SHRM Foundation.
