Liz Dicroce

Liz Dicroce has extensive experience in the seafood merchandising sector, having served as Merchandising Manager and Retail Seafood Specialist at Seattle Fish Company since June 2010. In this role, Liz orchestrated over 400 training classes for more than 2000 Kroger associates, enhancing product knowledge, food safety, and customer service, which contributed to increased sales and improved customer satisfaction scores. Collaboration with the Regional Kroger Meat and Seafood Director involved the implementation of effective sales plans through strategic merchandising and store visits. Prior to this role, Liz was a Manager at King Soopers/City Market from May 1993 to November 2017, further solidifying expertise in retail management.
