Scott Godke

Scott Godke has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as General Manager at Fortune Fish & Gourmet since January 2020. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of General Manager at Seattle Fish Company from January 2006. Scott's earlier experience includes working as a Culinary Manager at Outback Steakhouse from 1994 to 1998. Education was completed at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management between 1994 and 1998.
